  • Cancelled orders may be subject to cancellation fees, administrative fees, carrier penalties, storage charges, inland transportation charges, and any other costs already incurred.
  • Weather, port congestion, vessel delays, customs holds, inspections, government actions, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, and similar events may affect pricing, availability, schedules, and transit times.
  • SHARED CONTAINER SERVICE
  • Shared container service is subject to consolidation availability. Cargo can only be loaded when sufficient cargo volume, container inventory, and service availability exist for the destination.
  • Shared container shipments do not operate on fixed sailing schedules. Departure dates may vary depending on consolidation requirements and container loading schedules.
  • Early delivery of cargo to the warehouse or terminal does not guarantee immediate container loading or vessel departure.
  • EXPORT DOCUMENTS
  • A valid vehicle title is required for export.
  • Vehicle titles must be free of liens or accompanied by valid lien release documentation.
  • CUSTOMS & IMPORT COMPLIANCE
  • Import regulations vary by country.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying import eligibility, vehicle age restrictions, model year requirements, title requirements, environmental regulations, customs requirements, and destination country regulations before shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicles and cargo comply with destination regulations.
  • Royal Shipping Lines is not responsible for cargo refused entry, delayed, seized, or rejected by destination authorities.
  • Import duties, customs fees, taxes, inspections, storage, demurrage, detention, quarantine, fumigation, destination terminal charges, destination clearance charges, and other destination-related fees are not included.
  • PERSONAL EFFECTS
  • Personal items transported inside vehicles are shipped at the customer's sole risk.
  • Personal items may be subject to customs inspections, restrictions, duties, taxes, or refusal by destination authorities.
  • Any cargo loaded inside a vehicle must be declared on a packing list showing the quantity, description, and estimated value of all items.
  • Undeclared, restricted, or prohibited items must not be shipped.
  • VEHICLE & CARGO REQUIREMENTS
  • Cargo must be presented in safe transport condition.
  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle, cargo, and shipment information. Additional charges may apply if carrier, terminal, or customs inspections determine the cargo differs from the information provided.
  • Cargo requiring special handling, oversized dimensions, or non-standard loading procedures may require a revised quotation.
