Exports of Automobiles – New York State Titles

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that due to recent changes with U.S. Customs and Border Protection process, they will no longer be able to access New York State DMV information in order to validate New York State titled vehicles.

Effective February 01, 2020 it is recommended that customers do not return containers loaded with New York State Titled Automobiles as U.S. Terminals will not waive Demurrage, Storage & Redelivery charges (Gate/Mount/Ground).

Containers that have already been delivered to the terminal should be returned and unstuffed by shippers at their own expense.
