UPDATE – Delivery & Operational Hours – Miami

Dear valued customers, carriers and suppliers,

Please note delivery hours have changed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic:

08:00 a.m. – Operation opens
02:00 p.m. – Receiving closes
03:00 p.m. – Office & Operation closes

If you are delivering vehicles, cargo, parts, or heavy equipment you must comply with the below:

• Equipment must be received prior to 2:00 p.m.,  late deliveries will not be received
• Document (titles, bill of sales, bill of lading, delivery notice)  must match equipment delivered
• Equipment will be inspected upon arrival
• Payments cannot be issued until equipment is received with proper documentation and inspection is finalized

Failure to comply with the above will result in additional waiting and payment delays.
